today wasn’t as bad as I thought. Ended up having my meal replacement shake for lunch and kept myself hydrated with lemon water for the rest of my shift. Dinner consisted of a bottle of water and 2 popsicles……okay okay, i caved in and had a few peices of pasta. I cant do this shit. I’ll just eat healthy instead. Oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast, meal shake for lunch, and maybe a small salad bar from work for dinner and fruit for desert. =/ not to bad
started my new diet today. Decided to give the liquid diet another try. So far I have a migrane and I’m drinking coffee. Wonderful, I can see how this day is gonna go already. I cant forget to weigh in on dietbet.com tonight either since I really don’t have time this morning.
